Location right by the city center, the pedestrian street Arbat with lots of restaurants, cafes and shops and many attractions. Really kind and good staff and management.

Brand new hotel, very quiet and small, 5 minutes from Old Arbat and Metro Station Smolenskaya. Super value for money with free wi-fi, luggage storage, restaurant, flat-screen TV, electric kettle, and air conditioning. Staff was mind-blowingly friendly, helping with luggage and water coolers on every floor. A jaw-droppingly AMAZING location close to the underground and fantastic dining options. Definitely staying here again!

Everything was really fine. We were very surprised with our stay at Arbat Inn. The hotel is conveniently located near Arbat Street and Smolenskaya metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The room was clean and the bathroom, although small, was well-maintained. The shower cabin was spacious and there was plenty of soap provided. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, even going as far as to congratulate us on Russian Christmas and offering us sparkling wine. The hotel had a 24/7 reception, so we had no problems coming back late at night. We also appreciated the presence of water coolers on every floor. we had a very nice experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
